Delete your Clubeet account

Two ways to request it — in the app, or by email if you no longer have it installed.

Open Clubeet and sign in
Go to Settings
Open Edit Profile
Tap Delete Account and confirm

No app on your device?

If you've uninstalled Clubeet, or can't sign in, email us to request deletion instead. Include the email address your account uses so we can find and verify it.

We process email requests within the timeframes required by law — without undue delay, and within one month at the latest. We may reply asking you to confirm the request from your account's registered email before we proceed.

What happens to your data

Deleted

Profile info (name, bio, gender, date of birth)
All photos, including any awaiting review
Messages you sent and received, on both sides
Block relationships
Check-in / presence history
Your account sign-in itself

May be retained

Reports involving your account, for safety and moderation records
A hashed identifier only if your account was suspended, to prevent re-registration
Anything we're legally required to keep

Don't want to delete everything?

You don't need to delete your account to remove specific things. Some data can be deleted on its own, right from the app:

A profile photo — open Settings → Edit Profile, tap the × on the photo, and confirm. It's removed immediately; the rest of your profile and account stay exactly as they are.
A message you sent or received — open the chat, press and hold the message, and choose Delete. This removes it from your own view; if the other participant does the same, it's deleted from our servers entirely.

For anything not listed here — or if you'd rather we handle it directly — email support@clubeet.com describing what you'd like removed. We respond within the timeframes required by law — without undue delay, and within one month at the latest.
